Permanent Jewelry FAQs

  • What is Permanent Jewelry?

    Permanent jewelry is a piece of jewelry that is closed and welding using a micro needle welder. It does not have a claps so you do nor remove it and it stays on you as long as you desire.

  • How Does Permanent Jewelry Work?

    Choose your chain and charm, then get it adjusted to the correct size that is comfortable for you on your wrist, ankle, or neck. A jewelry artist will then close the chain by welding the jump ring, making it permanent.

  • Does it Come with Warranty?

    Yes, we will gladly reweld your permanent jewelry piece within a month of purchase. Repairs due to stretching, pulling or a lost chain are not covered under warranty.

  • Does it hurt to get permanent jewelry?

    No, it is completely painless. The permanent jewelry artist will ensure that you are properly protected during the welding process.

  • Can I get an MRI or got through Airport Security?

    Yes! You can now get your permanent jewelry taped before an MRI. It is safe to go through airport security with your permanent jewelry pieces.

  • How do I care for my Jewelry?

    We recommend that you avoid perfumes, hard water, lotions or hot tubs as it will remove the shine from your permanent jewelry piece. We include a free jewelry polishing cloth for you to polish your piece as needed. For Sterling silver, you may need to clean it with mild soap and a gentle toothbrush. Let it air dry and use the polishing cloth.

What Is Reiki- Infused Jewelry?

Reiki-infused jewelry is a unique type of jewelry charged with universal healing energy. A Reiki practitioner intentionally infuses the jewelry to promote emotional, mental, and physical well-being. During this process, the practitioner focuses on the intention of providing light and healing for the wearer. This jewelry directs energy to areas of the body that need support, aiding in natural healing on multiple levels.

Can Permanent Jewelry be Infused with Reiki Healing?

Yes, we can infuse any piece of jewelry or crystals in our shop with Reiki healing energy if requested. Our mission is to share healing and spread light and we will gladly infuse your permanent jewelry piece for you.

What Materials do You Use to Make Crystal Jewelry?

METALS - I only use Gold Fill and Sterling Silver (.925) metals. These are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, however, there is no guarantee that your body will not react differently as we may develop allergies overtime to certain elements.

CRYSTALS & GEMSTONES - I only work with natural crystals and gemstones from top suppliers in the industry. The stones may vary in color from what you see in the photograph on the listing. No two crystals are the same.

How Can I Recharge My Crystal Jewelry?

Always recharge your jewelry once a month during the full moon or you may use selenite to clear out the energy. Over time, crystals absorb our energy and may become heavier causing your jewelry to break. If this happens, please do not throw the crystals away, simply return them to Mother Nature or put them in the pot of your favorite plant.

 

What are Your Care Recommendations for Crystal Jewelry

STORE - Keep your gold-filled jewelry in a dry enclosed space, preferably in an airtight bag. The jewelry pouch you receive with your order is perfect for storing and ensuring that your jewelry stays pretty. Please do not store your jewelry with other metals or organizers that contain base metals as this may cause it to oxidize.

AVOID - Please avoid water when wearing your Crystal jewelry. While some crystals may be put in water, others cannot and may dissolve or change colors. Remove your jewelry before working out, sleeping, or showering and swimming. Do not store jewelry in the bathroom while showering as the humidity may cause damage.  

Do You Accept Returns or Do Any Repairs

RETURNS -Due to sanitary reasons, I do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please make sure to measure sizing correctly before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding the best sizing, message me and I will be happy to get back to you within 24 hours. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE

REPAIRS - Complimentary repairs will be honored within 30 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Please email me and attach photos of your jewelry

Can I Cancel an Order?
