Shipping policy

Production & Shipping

Production times for jewelry are 1 (one) to 2 (two) weeks. All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days after receiving your order confirmation.  Crystals and cleansing tools are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days. 

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more. Shipping will be calculated for you based on your zip code, state, or area at checkout. 

How to check the status of your order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours from us which will include the tracking number. 

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving a confirmation email, please contact us at hello@3rosebuds.com with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations on deliveries. Should yours fall under these limitations, we will contact you for an alternative address. 

Shipping Damages

3 Rosebuds Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. Please visit our Etsy store should you wish to place an order internationally.
