Lepidolite Gemstone Crystal

Lepidolite is known as the "stone of transition" as it helps you cope with difficult situations causing stress. It helps to transmute low-energy feelings of despair into light and hope. Lepidolite contains lithium which is found in many antidepressants making it extremely helpful for stabilizing emotions.  

It helps to clear and activate the throat, heart, third, eye, and crown chakras by placing the stone in the designated area to clear out the blockage.  Additionally, when placing it under your pillow, will help ensure that you get a good night's rest by transmitting peaceful energy to help you sleep.
